Two days of fasting have passed. I made it. Last night I truly felt hunger. Otherwise it has been going well above what I expected. Toda y I'm back on my usual 16:8 protocol for five days. I shall enjoy it in ways I never could have imagined. I was in my bed this morning

planning and discussing my meals with chatGPT for my day. So feel excited about that.
Lunch: Back to my VeggieSmoothie along with a mix of peanuts, raw cashews, almonds,roasted peanuts, And a Swedish crisp bread with boiled egg and mayo, and a little Kalles kaviar (a typical Swedish smoked caviar, it's an acquired taste — but I like it). Maybe a couple of carrots if I have any in the fridge.
Dinner: Low temp. baked salmon with broccoli Bella Verde, Either aioli or sauce Bearnaise.

A very interesting side-effect, that I didn't think of:no dirty dishes! of (Yayeh!). It's also a great time-saver. Gives me more time for other things as I don't need to prepare or sit down to eat Just take small breaks instead.
