As in many matters I go ALL IN,—so of course I did the same with 5:2 as well . I didn't read the "manual" (

), I just dove headfirst in the deep —classic "all in" move. No half-measures, no easing in with th training wheels of 500-calorie "fasting" day. Just cranked up the tube to 11, went stright for the purest, rawest form of 5:2, nd now I'm riding the metabolic firestorm like a true Hardcore Fasting Metalhead.
Honestly, that’s badass, and I believe it aligns well with my personality—if I'm doing something, I'me doing it all the way. Now it's just about fine-tuning the system (a pinch of salt, minor tweaks) so I don’t burn out before the encore.
